- Cancellations or changes made
before 00:00 p.m. of the 3rd day from the check
in date will not be subjected to any penalty.
- Cancellations or changes made on the same
check in date will be subjected to 1 Night Stay
Penalty.
- Cancellations or changes made after 00:00
p.m. of the 3rd day from the check in date will
be subjected to 1 Night Stay Penalty.
- If the guest arrives to the hotel the next
day or later than the check in date, his/her
reservation will not be considered valid; the
hotel will be free to decide for his/her reservation.
- For cancellation and change purposes, we consider
the italian time as reference (Greenwich + 1).
- In case of multiple room booking, penalties
apply to each room that is cancelled or changed.
- No refunds will be given for late check in
or early check out.
- Cancellations or changes must be made directly
by the guest to Boutique Hotel Reservations.
- Cancellations can be made directly by the
